REV Exploration Adds GLJ Technical Support Ahead of First Helium Drilling in Montana

REV Exploration has strengthened its technical team ahead of its inaugural drilling programme, engaging Calgary-based energy consultancy GLJ to support the evaluation and advancement of its helium-focused exploration portfolio across America’s Northern Great Plains.

The appointment comes as REV prepares to move from geophysical evaluation toward drilling in Montana, where the company has assembled approximately 16,000 acres of oil and gas leasehold interests alongside additional PNG leases across the border in southern Alberta.

GLJ brings more than 50 years of energy-sector experience, with capabilities spanning reservoir engineering, geoscience, geological modelling, geophysical and petrophysical interpretation, reservoir characterisation, technical risk assessment and economic evaluation.

REV plans to use GLJ on a project-specific basis alongside its existing technical team.

That work is expected to include technical data integration, subsurface interpretation, prospect evaluation, pre-drill support, post-drill analysis and deposit modelling, giving the company additional technical capacity as it prioritises drilling opportunities across its portfolio.

The engagement follows REV’s recent completion of an 8.5-square-mile 3D seismic survey at the West Butte Project in Montana, where newly acquired data is being processed and interpreted to help identify potential drilling locations.

West Butte is currently REV’s cornerstone Montana asset and sits within an area the company interprets as part of a broader helium-bearing geological system. The property has also not previously been explored specifically for natural hydrogen.

REV says the addition of GLJ should help reduce subsurface uncertainty as prospects move toward drill decisions, while providing additional capacity to evaluate potential acquisitions and prospective natural hydrogen opportunities.

There is also an existing connection between GLJ and another company closely associated with REV.

GLJ currently provides technical support to MAX Power Mining, which is carrying out commercial validation drilling at its Lawson Natural Hydrogen discovery in Saskatchewan. REV has collaborated technically and commercially with MAX Power for more than a year and remains a significant shareholder with six million MAX Power shares

The GLJ appointment therefore adds another shared technical connection between the two companies as both advance subsurface gas exploration programmes in Western and central North America.

Separately, REV has entered into a 120-day advisory agreement with Hampton Securities, paying a one-time fee of C$400,000 for advisory services. The arrangement is non-exclusive and does not involve the issuance of REV securities.

The company has also granted consultants options covering 125,000 shares at an exercise price of C$1.55, expiring in August 2031 and vesting in four quarterly instalments.

For REV, however, the more important operational development is the continued build-out of the technical infrastructure around its first drilling campaign.

The company has spent recent months adding management expertise, acquiring 3D seismic data and advancing its Northern Great Plains portfolio. Bringing GLJ into that process adds reservoir and subsurface evaluation capabilities as REV approaches the point where geological concepts will begin to be tested with the drill bit.

KELOWNA, British Columbia - August 18, 2026: REV Exploration Corp. (“REV” or the “Company”) (TSXV: REVX; OTCID: REVFF; FSE: 7FF) is pleased to announce that it has engaged Calgary-based GLJ Ltd. (“GLJ”) to provide expanded geoscience and engineering support to REV’s internal technical team as the Company prepares for its inaugural drill program focused on high-impact Helium discovery opportunities in Montana and elsewhere in the Northern Great Plains.

GLJ is a Calgary-headquartered energy consulting group with more than 50 years of industry experience across conventional and emerging energy resources. Its team of engineers, geoscientists and energy professionals brings capability in reservoir engineering, geoscience, geological modelling, geophysical and petrophysical interpretation, reservoir characterization, integrated subsurface studies, technical risk assessment and economic evaluation. The engagement gives REV a broader technical bench as it immediately ramps up project development in Montana and potentially elsewhere. This also adds capacity as the Company evaluates and prioritizes opportunities across its Helium portfolio while also investigating potential acquisitions as well as prospective areas for deposits of Natural Hydrogen.

REV intends to utilize GLJ on a project-specific basis alongside the Company’s existing technical team, with the scope of work expected to include technical data integration, subsurface interpretation, prospect evaluation, pre-drill technical support and post-drill analysis, and deposit modeling as required. The objective is to strengthen the technical workflow surrounding prospect maturation and drilling decisions while maintaining a disciplined, data-driven approach to exploration and potential development.

GLJ also currently provides technical support to MAX Power Mining Corp. (CSE: MAXX; OTC: MAXXF), giving the group familiarity with the subsurface workflows being applied to evaluate large-scale clean gas opportunities in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. REV’s technical collaboration with MAX Power began over a year ago, and REV remains one of MAX Power’s largest shareholders with six million shares.

Mr. Jordan Potts, REV CEO and Director, commented: “Bringing GLJ into the fold adds another layer of technical horsepower to REV at an important time for the Company. GLJ’s depth in geoscience, engineering and integrated subsurface evaluation complements the capabilities of our existing team and gives us additional bandwidth to evaluate opportunities efficiently and methodically as our exploration program expands.”

The engagement is part of REV’s broader strategy to assemble the technical expertise, project inventory and execution capability required to become a North American leader in Helium exploration and development. With a growing portfolio and upcoming first-ever drilling, the Company believes that strengthening its technical foundation is an important step toward accelerating prospect evaluation, reducing subsurface uncertainty and supporting disciplined exploration decisions.

Advisory Agreement

Hampton's engagement is non-exclusive. The Advisory Agreement does not restrict the Company from engaging or working with other investment banking or advisory firms, and the Company has no obligation to inform Hampton of any such arrangements.
