Red Metal Resources Mobilizes Crews to Ville Marie, Quebec for Natural Hydrogen Exploration
Red Metal Resources Ltd. (CSE: RMES | OTC: RMESF | FSE: I660) has announced that field crews have been mobilized to Ville Marie, Quebec, where the company has begun collecting UAV-supported magnetic survey data over its Point Piche Property, located in the Témiscamingue Graben region — an emerging focus area for natural hydrogen exploration in Eastern Canada.
The high-resolution magnetic survey, conducted by Fladgate Exploration Consulting of Thunder Bay, Ontario, uses 15-meter line spacing flown at low elevation across the lake. This ultra-detailed data will enable precise structural interpretation of the bedrock beneath Lake Timiskaming, improving the company’s understanding of the geological framework and potential hydrogen-bearing features.
The Témiscamingue Graben is a Proterozoic–Paleozoic structural corridor characterized by ultramafic source rocks overlain by dolomites and limestones, which act as potential cap rocks for hydrogen accumulation. The region has gained increased attention following the hydrogen anomalies recorded earlier this year by INRS (Institut National de Recherche Scientifique), Québec Innovative Materials Corp. (QIMC), and Record Resources Inc. (RES).
“This survey represents an important step in advancing our understanding of the geological setting of this region,” said Caitlin Jeffs, President & CEO of Red Metal Resources. “We believe this work strengthens our foundation as we move toward evaluating potential natural hydrogen opportunities in the Témiscamingue Graben.”
The new magnetic data will be integrated with regional geophysical and geochemical datasets to refine target areas for future fieldwork, including hydrogen sampling and subsurface mapping.
With 160 mineral claims covering over 4,178 hectares across Ville Marie, Quebec, and Larder Lake, Ontario, Red Metal Resources is emerging as a Canadian explorer bridging clean energy and critical minerals, advancing opportunities in both natural hydrogen and strategic metals.

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - November 13, 2025) - RED METAL RESOURCES LTD. (CSE: RMES) (OTC Pink: RMESF) (FSE: I660) ("Red Metal" or the "Company") is pleased to announce it has mobilized crews and collected UAV supported magnetic survey data over the Company's Point Piche Property in Lake Timiskaming in the Témiscamingue Graben region.
The survey is being conducted by Fladgate Exploration Consulting out of Thunder Bay, ON, using a 15-meter detailed line spacing while flying at very low elevation over the lake. Low elevation and closely spaced lines increase the resolution of the data collected. The collection of high-density magnetic data will be used to aid in a structural interpretation of bedrock under the lakebed.
The Témiscamingue Graben is a Proterozoic-Paleozoic structural corridor hosting promising lithologies for natural hydrogen accumulation in the form of ultramafic source rocks covered by dolomites and limestones as potential cap rocks. The Temiskaming Graben is an approximately 400 km long and 50 km wide depression straddling the Ontario-Quebec border in Eastern Canada. The Témiscamingue Graben is now partially filled by Lake Temiskaming. Work completed by Quebec City's Institut National de Recherche Scientifique (INRS), Quebec Innovative Material Corp (QIMC), and Record Resources Inc (RES) recorded hydrogen anomalies in lake sampling, which has been disclosed in the news release issued by Record Resources Inc on April 7, 2025.
The Company's CEO and President, Caitlin Jeffs, commented, "The current survey represents an important step in advancing our understanding of the geological setting of this region, and we believe it strengthens our foundation as we move toward evaluating potential natural hydrogen opportunities in the Témiscamingue Graben."
