Gold Hydrogen Completes Ramsay 4 Drilling, Confirms Lateral Continuity of Natural Hydrogen and Helium

Gold Hydrogen Ltd has successfully completed drilling of the Ramsay 4 well at its flagship Ramsay Project in South Australia, delivering further confirmation of laterally continuous natural hydrogen and helium–bearing formations across the project area.

Ramsay 4 was drilled to a total depth of 855 metres and is located approximately 500 metres from Ramsay 2. The well intersected multiple porous and permeable intervals within the Parara, Kulpara and Winulta formations, which correlate closely with gas-bearing zones previously identified in Ramsay 1 and Ramsay 2. These correlations reinforce the interpretation of stacked reservoirs with meaningful lateral continuity, supporting the scale potential of the Ramsay system.

High-quality wireline logging, including NMR, acoustic and resistivity imaging, confirmed favourable reservoir characteristics, particularly within the Kulpara Dolomite and Winulta Sandstone. These formations correspond to intervals where historical testing at Ramsay 1 recorded helium concentrations of up to 36.9%. Mud-gas data from Ramsay 4 also identified elevated natural hydrogen concentrations within the Parara Formation, consistent with prior wells.

Multiple gas samples have been collected and submitted for independent laboratory analysis. The well will now be suspended ahead of a planned completions and flow-testing program scheduled for late Q1 2026. Results from this next phase are expected to inform volumetric assessment and future development planning as Gold Hydrogen continues to advance one of the most promising natural hydrogen and helium projects in Australia.
