DiagnaMed Acquires Strategic Natural Hydrogen Claims in Ontario’s Timiskaming District

DiagnaMed Holdings Corp. (CSE: DMED, OTCQB: DGNMF) has acquired a series of strategically located natural hydrogen claims in Ontario’s Timiskaming District, expanding its footprint in Canada’s emerging hydrogen landscape. This move marks a pivotal step in the company’s transition from R&D to active field operations.

The acquired claims are situated in a region that geologically mirrors other natural hydrogen discoveries globally, including fault zones and sedimentary basins. DiagnaMed intends to deploy its proprietary electromagnetic heating technology on these properties to validate subsurface hydrogen potential.

This acquisition not only strengthens DiagnaMed’s long-term development portfolio but also strategically positions the company for near-term exploration activity aligned with provincial and federal energy goals. As natural hydrogen gains policy traction in Canada, DiagnaMed is setting itself up as an innovation-led leader in extraction technology and clean energy deployment.

With exploration activities expected to commence imminently, the company plans to integrate geological data, soil gas surveys, and electromagnetic heating trials to assess viability. DiagnaMed’s expansion into Ontario supports its broader objective: to scale natural hydrogen production while maintaining cost efficiency and environmental sustainability.

This move complements ongoing collaborative efforts with Québec Innovative Materials Corp. (QIMC) and other exploration partners across North America.
